On 3 June 2014 Three Ancient Hindu temple statues were returned to Cambodia. Statues were of mythological figures Duryodhana, Balarama and Bhima. The three statues were stolen from the Koh Ker temple in Siem Reap province temple in 2004 and the statues were returned from the United States. 1,000-year-old statues depicting Hindu mythology are back home in Cambodia after being looted from a temple during the country's civil war and put in Western art collections.
