A Neutralizing Antibodies are an antibody which defends a cell from an antigen or infectious body by inhibiting or neutralizing any effect it has biologically. All HIV infected people respond to HIV by making antibodies. These antibodies are not able to kill a wide range of HIV( due to lack of neutralization breadth).
