There are two levels of technical support Level 1 and Level 2.
Level 1 : - In this level we help the customers by supporting them with the services like chat, Emails to give them guidelines.
Level 2 : - In this level we solve the problems, diagnose it and give the solutions to the customers.
It is the backbone of all the industries.
